                          Sherri Bails

 

Sherri Bails is an accomplished watercolorist whose work centers on the water filled landscapes of the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. Her new award winning paintings are energetic and colorful depictions of the spirituality of life and water.
Sherri Bails graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1968 where she earned a B.S. degree in Art Education. She taught art at the elementary, junior high and university levels.  She remains a very popular teacher in the South Puget Sound area.    
Sherri started painting full time in watercolor in 1984 after raising her three children and has since earned recognition as a strong traditional painter and more recently as an innovative painter.
Sherri lives with her husband and nearby children in Washington State.
